What we collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, home evaluation, showing request, curated search), we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, your property address, search criteria and message. We do not collect anything else about you.

Why we collect it

Your information is used for one purpose only: so Lee Anne can respond to your request and, if you become a client, provide real-estate brokerage services. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

How it's protected

Personal information is handled in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Access is limited to Lee Anne and her brokerage's systems.

Your rights
